PAYMENT
1. Each of my works has a marked price and can be purchased or made by order through the form “buy” which is placed under the corresponding product price.
2. If you want to get more information, please fill in the form “request” which is on the page of the product.
3. Transportation costs are added in the price of each piece according to the weight of the product, the country and the rate of the courier company.
4. Each piece is subject to obligatory insurance from the courier company against loss or damage.
5. Payment is made by bank money transfer or through Western Union. My bank account will be sent to your emailwhen you make an order.
6. Please note that in some countries outside of the EU duty would be payable upon receipt of goods.
7. For USA and Canada no duty is due for the import of original art pieces or a single printed copy.
8. For Bulgaria the payment can be done in cash upon delivery by “Econt” or “Speedy”.
DELIVERY
1. When an order has been placed through the form “buy” and a proof of payment has been received, I will wrap my work up carefully and I will send to your given address by DHL, UPS or EMS within 3 or 5 days.
The delivery time with these companies usually is in the range of 10 to 15 days for EU, 15-20 for the USA and Canada and 15-30 days for the rest of the world.
2. After I’ve sent you the work, you will receive an email from me, which will inform you of the date and the tracking number of the shipment.
3. All your data – name, address, email, phone number is protected and will never be provided to the parties.
4. After the receipt of the parcel, please, leave your comment in the part “Comments and Recommendations” on my website.
